We start this guide in the area after Premier Maritime Training Institute. A few meters ahead, there are two inner roads in opposite directions.
Let’s start with A, the inner road that leads to Winners Academy. You will find:

And then B. At the beginning of the lane, there are:

Now, proceed straight without diverting, until the place you’ll find another road that leads to Kaguru Farm.
In that area, you’ll find:
•Bedsitters 3,500 ; 4,000
•1 bedroom 7,000
•2 bedroom 10,000
Turn to your left, along the road to Kaguru, and there are:
•Single rooms 1,500 ; 2,000
•Double rooms 2,500
Back to the highway, proceed to Kiigene town center. There are rental houses on your right.
You’ll find:
•1 bedroom 8,000
•2 bedroom 10,000
At the heart of Kiigene, there are two main roads that branch off. One upward, the other one downward.
Let’s start with left turn A, shown in insert. Drop until you reach Texas Makuti Resort. Around this area, there are lots of rental houses. You will find mostly 2 (two) bedroom houses with varied asking rents.

Further down, about 100 meters turn on your left and there are:

Let’s turn to B. Along this cabro-paved road, there are single rooms on the sides going for between 1,500 and 2,000.
Then up near the Catholic church on your right, there are:

Proceed straight up towards Kathanthatu Primary School, and on your right, towards PCEA church. There are:
•2 bedroom 8,000
Further ahead along the highway and near the carwash, there are rentals on your left.
Here you’ll find:
